Clinical Supervisor

I am a LCSW currently working in private practice in Sebastopol. My clinical interest and focus includes couples and adults. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 2), IFIO, and EMDR. My work focuses on trauma and how it impacts mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and relationships.

I also enjoy working with women who are struggling with PPDS and adjusting to motherhood. My work experience includes: Kaiser ER and Postpartum Unit, Sonoma Therapy Clinic, and Full Circle Therapy Collective private practice. Personal interests are running, hiking, cooking, yoga, traveling, and spending time with my family.
