Austin L. Gurule
Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee
When we find ourselves in the midst of life’s challenges, it takes courage to reach out for support. There is no need to go it alone! I’m here to lend a supportive and steady hand, because together we find the resilience which makes healing possible.
My training is in somatic psychology and an embodied relational approach which offers an opportunity to move through difficulty, to recognize the old patterns that have kept us stuck, and to discover new possibilities inherent in our difficulties.
I enjoy working with people of all genders, ages and ability levels. My background is in working with neurodivergent adults and children. My education is at California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, with an emphasis on somatic psychology and social justice.
