Kelly Rathmann, LCSW

Individual Supervisor

Kelly Rathmann is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and has been doing clinical work since 2006. She received her MA in Clinical Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work and a BA in Psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz. She is a NASW certified clinical supervisor and has a certification in Advanced Clinical Supervision from Smith College School for Social Work.

Kelly’s work in the last several years has focused mainly on teens and adults with trauma, addiction, anxiety/OCD, depression/self-harm, relational and social challenges, and psycho-spiritual issues. In addition to her work with clients, she also provides clinical supervision to associates who are working towards licensure, and this work allows her to mentor, teach, and support new therapists as they develop and practice.
